Pontarddulais RFC would like to welcome both Stuart Millar and Darran Jenkins to our Senior Coaching set-up for the forthcoming season. They will join up with Martin Rees to form a formidable team that will hopefully see us challenge for honours this season, providied we stay injury-free !!
Stuart has joined us having previously coached Llangennech and has a wealth of experience from his playing days with Bonymaen, Dunvant, Llandovery and Llangennech.
Darran, who is a former player and a formidable centre in his days with the club, has successfully coached one of the junior sides fot the past nine seasons. This has showed in the fact that three of the players have been selected for the Ospreys Academy Under 18 Squad.
The club would like to thank the departing forwards coach, Nic Walters, for his outstanding committment and dedication to the Senior team over the past few years.
The Club Captain for 2016-17 is Aled Thomas and we wish him and the 1st XV the very best for the season ahead.
The Development XV will be captained once again by Ben Carlisle
On the Ladies scene, we are currently busy recruting new ladies that wish to "Have-a-Try" at the game. The Ladies captain for the season will be Hannah Jones. Don't forget training is on Thursdays at Comp School, 6.30 pm
