 🔵🔵🔵 GOOD NEWS ! 🔵🔵🔵

Our junior section has been selected to enter the customer vote for a Bags of Help grant from Tesco. It’s a scheme which gives community projects like us grants of up to £4,000 – all raised from the sale of carrier bags in Tesco stores.

Pontarddulais RFC Junior section is one of the groups on the shortlist.

Any funds awarded will be used for new equipment, payment for training facilities or anything required for your teams with each age group receiving an equal share. 

*Voting is open in our local Tesco store on *1st September until the end of October* and customers will cast their vote using a token given to them at the check-out in store each time they shop. 

Three groups in the region have been shortlisted to receive the cash award and shoppers are being invited to head along to Tesco stores to vote for who they think should take away the top grant. Grants of £4000, £2000 & £1000 will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in the vote. Therefore we need to vote as many times as we can to give ourselves the best chance of getting the maximum award!
